• Flexible cancelation up to 14 days before arrival 
• 50% cancelation fees when canceled up to 1 day before arriving
• 90% cancelation fees for no show or same day cancelation

Arrival:

• Self check-in from 4:00 PM
• The key is deposited and can be retrieved with a code

Departure:

• Please vacate the guesthouse by 11:00 AM
• Return the key to the key safe

• A small/well behaving dog might attend you on you vacation. Please reach out to us.
• Please be aware that there is no fenced garden
• An additional cleaning fee will be charged
